Job Summary

As a Depack Facility Supervisor at Denali Water Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a project team of operators and drivers, monitoring and tracking performance, and providing feedback to employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of environmental safety and operational excellence by effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the Depackager and managing costs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the workflow of materials through the depackaging system, ensuring adherence to procedure, safety, budget, quality control, and productivity standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Depackager, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Work with external service vendors and internal logistics personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide daily reports and meet with Area and Regional Managers to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  • Perform daily cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • 1 year of experience in a supervisor or other management role requiring a thorough knowledge of safe working practices, OSHA, and other federal and state regulations.
  • Knowledge of depackaging systems and conveyor lines, as well as mechanical knowledge.
  • Ability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, or stand for long periods, and lift a minimum of 60 pounds.
