The Culinary Operations Supervisor will oversee all aspects of food service management, including production oversight, team training, customer engagement, and inventory control.

This role is vital in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring prompt and effective assistance, maintaining company standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for food service by mentoring and empowering team members to provide remarkable customer experiences.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, training, and operational execution.
  • Guarantee the consistent application of the company's food service policies and procedures at an exemplary level.
  • Oversee product inventory and ensure the cleanliness of storage areas.
  • Conduct weekly inventory assessments to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Establish and communicate sales and financial objectives for the store.
  • Champion the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Manage staffing requirements, including the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Supervise team activities in the store and ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Implement food service recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in the rollout and execution of new food service initiatives.
  • Perform any other assigned responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume, customer-centric environment is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays is necessary.
  • Physical capability to manage inventory and perform various tasks.
  • Must meet all expectations of an Enmarket Store Associate.
