Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $68,000.
Key Responsibilities:
The Program Supervisor will oversee daily operations and performance metrics of their designated program(s). Success will be evaluated based on three primary data points: financial performance, staff retention and engagement, and program outcomes and quality metrics. Program Supervisors are expected to exemplify the principles of the Leadership Pipeline as leaders of others.
- Provide proactive coaching and constructive feedback to foster the professional development of team members.
- Establish program objectives, define roles, and prioritize tasks for direct reports.
- Maintain effective communication across all levels to ensure program needs are met.
- Recruit, interview, and select top talent for program staff.
- Conduct thorough assessments of team performance, ensuring documentation is complete.
- Address performance issues proactively and make necessary changes to the team as needed.
- Create a collaborative and trusting environment that values teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with the agency's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process to meet program data and outcome goals.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree is required.
- At least two years of verified experience as a high-performing individual contributor in a related field.
- Experience in leadership or management roles through project management, coordination, training, or actual leadership positions.
- Demonstrated potential for growth and development as a leader, with an advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, along with two years of post-master's experience working with children and families, preferably in family preservation and stabilization.
- A valid Driver's License is required, along with meeting any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards relevant to the program(s) led. Supervisory experience is preferred.
