Job Overview

The Construction Project Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of construction projects. This position is essential for ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, subcontractors, and team members involved in construction activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings with clients to set clear expectations.
  • Identify and communicate any areas that fall outside the agreed scope of work.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials as per purchase agreements.
  • Verify that all work adheres to project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor project schedules and progress closely.
  • Ensure subcontractors fulfill their obligations as per contracts.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of vendors and subcontractors.
  • Conduct final inspections with clients to address any outstanding issues.
  • Secure necessary documentation upon project completion.
  • Understand and execute the responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proven track record in customer service excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Experience in restoration or construction is preferred.

Work Environment:

This role requires physical activity, including walking and standing for extended periods. Frequent driving and occasional climbing of ladders may be necessary. Candidates should be prepared for varying noise levels and environmental conditions.


Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with standard hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Flexibility for extended hours, on-call duties, and weekend work may be required. Local travel is expected, with some potential for overnight trips.
