- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival.
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes.
- Collect basic vital signs, weight, and medical history of patients.
- Safely restrain animals during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by the veterinarian.
- Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting findings to the veterinarian.
- Assist in emergency situations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and logs in patient medical files.
- Advise pet owners on nutrition and healthcare based on veterinarian recommendations.
- Educate clients on medications and best practices for pet care.
- Conduct clinical diagnostics.
- Support medical procedures including specimen collection and laboratory tasks.
Collaboration:
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in the practice environment.
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
- Effectively triage emergency cases and reassure clients and pets.
- Review patient records to ensure vaccinations and preventative care are current.
- Document all observations and treatments in medical notes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kennels, examination areas, and sterilize equipment.

Experience and Education:
