Responsibilities and Duties
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA to ensure adherence to established protocols and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress through data collection methods developed by a BCBA/LABA.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 8 months of experience as an ABA Therapist.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and their family members.
  • Professionalism under high-stress situations.
  • Listens actively and exercises reasoning skills.
