Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$18, based on experience or STNA license. Bonuses are available for exceptional performance, and incentives are provided to recognize outstanding work. Our benefits package includes dental and vision insurance, accident insurance, short-term disability, critical illness insurance, hospital insurance, and whole life insurance.
Job Responsibilities
We seek responsible and dedicated caregivers to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and medication management. As an in-home caregiver, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and previous experience in caregiving or a related field is advantageous. We also offer opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
