Job Overview

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced HSE Specialist I: Environmental Safety Professional to join our team at Forum Energy Services, Inc.

As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective safety programs and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of environmental regulations and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with local leadership to articulate and execute strategic HSE direction that supports overall business goals.

  • Develop and facilitate site HSE programs and processes such as training, audits, observations, risk assessments, and policy development.
  • Participate in and lead divisional focus and improvement teams to drive HSE initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to management, teams, and other functional groups to facilitate continual HSE improvements.
  • Analyze site trends and root causes to present plans and suggestions to improve controls.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
