As a Business Support Analyst, you will perform complex administrative duties and statistical, financial, and/or operational data analysis and reporting in support of management decision making in functional areas. You will maintain internal expense trackers, identify trends, discrepancies, and variances to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and maintain HIPAA compliance, corporate, and client compliance, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex administrative duties and statistical, financial, and/or operational data analysis and reporting
  • Maintain internal expense trackers
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and variances to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance, corporate, and client compliance, and confidentiality
  • Partner with other departments and business partners, divisions, outside agencies, and vendors to address business matters
  • Exercise independent judgment and administer or provide high-level support for various projects, grants, contracts, implementation of procedures, internal audits, and/or any specialized function
  • Assist and/or conduct with orientation, training, or provide task guidance of junior team members, gathering data for monthly and/or yearly audits
  • Participate in various outreach events
  • Certify in HIV Inti Testing
  • Participate in mandatory events such as Augusta Pride, National HIV Testing Day, and World AIDS Day
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and two years of experience related to the area of assignment
  • An equivalent combination of education and job-specific experience that provides the knowledge, experience, and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis
  • Must have transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Ryan White Clinic
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Knowledge of Contracts, Budgets, Financials (Accounting)
  • Knowledge of CAREWare, VHN (M&M, HMIS, eCivis, Client Track)
