Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Mid-Atlantic operations and drive business growth in the healthcare and life science sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify clients, secure business, and manage projects;
  • Develop professional relationships to drive new opportunities;
  • Plan, organize, and staff key field positions;
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with prime clients and A/E contacts to facilitate construction activities;
  • Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget;
  • Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures; monitor compliance with the company's safety program.

Requirements

  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent, plus extensive experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required;
  • Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance;
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc., and their impact on project activities vital;
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills essential;
  • Significant business skills required.
