We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Director to lead our Women's Recovery Program in Lancaster, PA.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will oversee daily program operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and a safe environment for our residents.
  • They will manage a team of qualified staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of pregnant and parenting women struggling with substance use disorder.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate census and budget management, adhering to fiscal year requirements.
  2. Maintain full licensing, accreditation, credentialing, and certifications as appropriate.
  3. Oversee daily program operations, including safety and maintenance of the physical plant.
  4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with funding, referral, and regulatory agencies.
  5. Foster supportive relationships with the public and community organizations through public relations activities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in medicine, psychology, social work, or counseling, plus specialized training in a relevant area.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
