As a Food and Beverage Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to serve food and drinks to club members, guests, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warmly welcome and acknowledge members and guests, ensuring prompt attention upon their arrival.
  2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings, including food items and beverages, particularly the wine selections.
  3. Deliver food and beverages in a courteous and friendly manner, while making recommendations on daily specials and wine pairings.
  4. Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and communicate any special preparation requests to the culinary team.
  5. Follow up to confirm member and guest satisfaction, and replenish items such as water and butter as needed.
  6. Skillfully manage the timing of service for each course.
  7. Propose and serve desserts, coffee, and after-dinner beverages.
  8. Foster relationships by learning members' names and their unique preferences.
  9. Enhance the overall experience for members through exemplary service skills.
  10. Ensure accurate billing by confirming account numbers and names.
  11. Participate in pre-meal briefings as required.
  12. Uphold a standard of friendliness and respect towards all members, guests, and colleagues, adhering to excellence in service.
  13. Assist in various departments and undertake additional related tasks as necessary.
  14. Comprehend and adhere to the policies and procedures of the Food & Beverage division.
  15. Be knowledgeable and prepared to perform essential roles during emergency situations.
