About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RBP Services Concierge to join our team at VirginPulse. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, employer groups, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to RBP members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including claims processing, clinical, and member services, as well as external RBP vendors and brokers, to ensure seamless member experiences.
  • Make outgoing calls to hospitals and physicians to resolve barriers to care and ensure timely access to necessary services.
  • Take incoming calls and referrals to assist members as required, providing accurate and empathetic support.
  • Review claim payments and benefit applications to explain to both members and providers, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • Minimum one year of Self-funded and RBP experience
  • Preferred: One year of insurance-related call center experience
  • Preferred: Associates Degree in Business
  • Must be familiar with RBP pricing models and vendors (Examples: AMPS, HST, 6Degrees)
  • Must have a solid understanding of claim processing and benefit application
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office environments, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
