Qualifications:

The successful applicant should fulfill the following criteria:

1. At least 10 years of experience in a Construction Superintendent role or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated success in managing healthcare construction projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, equipment, and safety regulations.
4. Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
7. Familiarity with construction management software tools.
8. Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
9. Valid driver's license is required.
