We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at McShane Construction Company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Implement contract terms and conditions, manage bidding and contract document preparation, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs, including cost estimating, cost reporting, and cash flow analysis, to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion, utilizing scheduling software and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Quality Management: Ensure project quality by reviewing and inspecting project systems, materials, and workmanship, and implementing quality control measures.
  • Safety Management: Implement and monitor safety procedures to protect jobsite employees, visitors, and the general public.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and client service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in construction project management.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, including Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, and CMiC.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work productively with clients, owners, and project professionals.
