About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager for Delivery Service Partners, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Amazon's last mile delivery strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to attract high-quality Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to join Amazon's network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to acquire DSPs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business development managers, marketing agencies, and Amazon's creative garage.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.

We partner with a network of small independent delivery businesses and the independent contractor community to deliver customer orders. Our team is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a talented marketing professional to join our team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
What We Offer

Amazon is committed to providing a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, this position may also include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
