District Field Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Field Service Supervisor to join our team at Solventum. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of field service technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of field service technicians to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with district sales leaders and corporate support teams to meet customer needs and provide customer-focused solutions.
  • Establish and execute district-level communication strategies to ensure team members are aware of key information topics and updates to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee responsibility for and maintain control and management of 3M MSD rental asset and supplies inventories in accordance with 3M MSD's quality management protocols.
  • Ensure product availability across all assigned locations to support daily customer demand.
  • Manage service center fleet vehicle programs to ensure appropriate utilization of vehicles, sound vehicle safety practices, and general maintenance protocols are executed.
  • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and national regulatory requirements and ensure operational compliance to those standards.
  • Maintain ownership of territory financial results and monitor profit and loss statements of service center operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Seven (7) years of service, distribution, or operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.
  • One (1) year multiple location (multi-unit) management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Additional qualifications include a Master's degree or higher in operations management, ability to meet physical requirements of the position, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and 6-Sigma/Lean Green Belt experience.
