Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise and manage large-scale survey projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to complete projects successfully.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the quality of work delivered.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the geomatics or surveying industry.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, TBC, Micro Station, and MS Office Suite.
