Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of technicians to complete large-scale survey projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Manage scope, budget, and QA/QC for assigned projects
  • Lead staff and provide clear explanations of project scope and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships
  • Participate in business development opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to help achieve company goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry-related work experience in a professional or management capacity
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large-scale projects
  • Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, TBC, Micro Station, MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to oversee, mentor, and motivate a project team
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem-solve on the fly
  • Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines while maintaining teamwork and collaboration with others

Minimum: USD $70,000.00 per year
