About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Demand Generation to spearhead our demand generation program. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in demand generation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth and qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement marketing technologies and tools to enhance demand generation efforts.
  • Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team as the program scales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and cybersecurity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team.
