We are in search of a meticulous and knowledgeable Compensation Analyst with a solid background in payroll processing, particularly concerning prevailing wage stipulations.

The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience in payroll management within the construction sector and a comprehensive understanding of prevailing wage legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all personnel, adhering to prevailing wage standards.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding prevailing wages.
  • Prepare and submit certified payroll documentation to the Department of Labor and other necessary parties.
  • Update and manage payroll records, including employee data, wage classifications, and job roles.
  • Guarantee the precision and efficiency of all payroll transactions.
  • Compile and deliver required reports to various governmental bodies.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Stay informed about updates in prevailing wage laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to payroll procedures.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst, ideally within the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
