Key Responsibilities:- HR Operations: Maintain documentation relating to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of personnel files.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Maintain the company's applicant tracking system, assist in developing recruitment strategies, and actively participate in the employee orientation program.
- Project Management: Support and/or lead projects and initiatives that result in more effective outcomes for key HR programs and procedures.
- Compliance and Administration: Administer I-9 and E Verify programs, maintain work authorization expirations, and administer the Unemployment Compensation program in accordance with state regulations.
- Employee Well-being: Administer the drug screen program and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Two years of progressive HR experience and a degree in HR or a related business degree.
- Certifications: PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
