Job Title: Social Media Manager

Overview:

fuze32 is a rapidly growing company seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team in Columbia. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our clients' online presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of social media specialists and interns, providing guidance and training to ensure successful execution of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the director of sales to set department revenue growth objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Conduct competitive research, platform analysis, and benchmarking to inform social media strategy and messaging.
  • Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) that resonates with our target audience and drives community engagement.
  • Moderate user-generated content and ensure consistency with our moderation policy.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to optimize content distribution.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategy.
  • Work closely with clients to review analytics and refine social media strategies.
  • Contribute to the growth of fuze32's brands and train associates on social media best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and ability to develop effective campaigns.
  • Strong background in social media marketing or digital media, with excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social analytics tools and ability to capture and analyze relevant data.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Video production experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
