We are in search of dedicated and empathetic Case Managers and/or Social Workers to deliver case management, pregnancy counseling, and parenting education and support through our Pregnancy and Parenting Services across various counties in Missouri. This role involves providing and sustaining child welfare services, as well as counseling and case management for expectant mothers, birth families, and families facing crises.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful counseling and case management to diverse client groups.
- Develop and maintain relevant community connections and collaborations, working alongside program supervisors and staff.
- Offer insights and recommendations to leadership regarding program development as needed.
- Pursue ongoing professional development in areas such as cultural competence, social diversity, and therapeutic intervention techniques pertinent to job responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets state and/or organizational standards.
Educational Requirements:
For Case Manager or Social Worker Bachelor's Level: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, or another Human Behavior Science field.
For Case Manager or Social Worker Master's Level: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, or another Human Behavior Science field, along with two years of experience in Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources, or care coordination.
