Key Responsibilities

  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the public restrooms, windows, and floors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash, make change, and balance a cash register.
