Our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, and substance misuse treatment. We also offer 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Autism Spectrum Disorder Outpatient Program. The RBT will work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a positive helping relationship with individuals receiving services.
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including accessing resources and building relationships.
  • Ensure the safety of individuals receiving services.
  • Implement specific interventions according to individual treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document progress.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children or seriously mentally ill adults, or completion of two years of college classes.
  • Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligible for certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to provide individualized services and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff.
