We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at LifeView Group. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to individuals receiving substance abuse, mental health services, or co-occurring disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a positive and supportive relationship with individuals receiving services.
- Assist with daily living activities, including accessing resources and building functional relationships.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services.
- Implement specific interventions according to individual treatment plans.
- Monitor and document progress.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children or completed 24 hours of college classes.
- Ability to provide individualized services to meet the needs of individuals and their families.
- Good communication skills.
- Must pass organization screening requirements, including background screenings.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Base pay ranges from $16.12 an hour based on experience, with shift differential paying $2.00 - $4.00 an hour if applicable.
