  • Guest Service
    • Greets guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, building rapport and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
    • Asks questions to identify guests' preferences and tailors service to meet their needs.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prompts and accurately takes food and beverage orders from guests.
    • Ensures expedient service of food and beverages, checking frequently to ensure everything meets guests' specifications.
  • Upselling and Recommendations
    • Learns menu and beverages, expertly recommends and upsells on items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Accountability and Compliance
    • Identifies guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger.
    • Follows all relevant brand standards for service, including accurate ordering and payment processing.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to deliver plates and food, clear tables, and lift up to 30 lbs.
