PM Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PM Server to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a PM Server, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food and beverage safety and quality in our restaurant and lounge.

• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Collect payments and maintain a clean and organized restaurant area.
• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers to ensure seamless service.
• Meet state age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages and maintain ServSafe and/or food safety training certification.
• Participate in restaurant area maintenance and adhere to hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.

• Minimum one year of public-facing experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training certification required.
• Alcohol awareness training such as TIPS is necessary.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions suitable for guests.
