Senior Vice President of Accounting

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Accounting to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
  • Develops budgets for each department, analysis on M&A transactions and leads the integration process for acquired companies
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance and strategies.
