Piedmont Eastside is seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Nursing Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless coordination of services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
About This OpportunityThis Full-Time Day shift position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to individuals from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
- Maintain standards of practice and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- New graduates eligible; one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Please note that advanced certification in the field of specialty may be beneficial but is not required.
