Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop SMART goals, ensuring timely and effective treatment progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, as well as referents and other mental health treatment providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary staffing and provide feedback on departmental and clinical issues.
- Complete accurate and timely admissions documentation, including social services admission assessments and suicide risk assessments.
- Document patient treatment status daily, ensuring clear and concise treatment goals in the treatment plan.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and treatment teams, including referring providers and school personnel.
- Attend and participate in department meetings, providing feedback on departmental and clinical issues.
- Evaluate the outcome of interdisciplinary interventions and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Assist with the development and evaluation of treatment needs, participating in interdisciplinary staffing.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the implementation of clinical interventions, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field from an accredited school.
- Full, independent licensure as a licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, or licensed clinical social worker.
- Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups, as well as the dynamics of human growth and behavior.
