Principal Omnichannel Product Manager for Electrophysiology

Boston Scientific is seeking a Principal Omnichannel Product Manager to lead the development and execution of customer-centric, omnichannel programs for our Electrophysiology franchise. This role will be responsible for visioning, building, and driving programs that produce meaningful results for our Cardiology business.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing, developing, executing, and measuring success of customer-centric omnichannel programs, and possess the ability to apply this experience in creative ways that support the franchise's commercial objectives.
This person will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal and external audiences, translating customer insights into actionable, integrated, commercial experiences that increase awareness while informing, educating, activating, and encouraging product preference.
The Principal Omnichannel Product Manager will oversee all aspects of programming for assigned audiences, ensuring sister functions, partners, and dependencies are delivering as promised, to ensure results are measured and achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding the mindset and behavior of EP audiences, including key customer segments, referring physicians, and AFib patients.
- Leveraging available and initiating new data collection and market research programs to analyze and apply customer data for planning development.
- Obtaining and applying immersive knowledge of the customer and end user, becoming a SME on the customer, including demographic, ethnographic, psychographic, behavioral, topic- and channel-related details.
- Formulating and executing annual and long-range marketing plans and programs for the EP audiences.
- Collaborating with leadership to set direction to achieve overall organization objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in program analytics, including establishing KPIs, measuring performance, leading monthly/quarterly reporting processes, and tracking ROI. Experience working directly in or adjacent to marketing in a healthcare industry is preferred.
