About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in trach and vent care to join our team at BrightStar Care of Central DuPage-Wheaton.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients and patients with trach and vent needs
  • Work with special needs children (middle school age) and their families
  • Monitor and track changes in client/patient conditions and needs
  • Keep the Director of Nursing and other personnel informed
  • Update clients/patients' families on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
