Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Coordinator to lead our senior fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement senior-specific fitness classes
  • Demonstrate expertise in exercise science and program development
  • Ensure a safe and engaging environment for participants
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Follow Wheaton Park District policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience teaching senior fitness classes
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • CPR/AED certification

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to move frequently and lift up to 10lbs
  • Must be able to work in a group fitness environment and handle various weather conditions

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
