JOB OVERVIEW As a Senior Software Engineer, you will leverage your extensive programming and development expertise to create, implement, and sustain software solutions for our clients, ensuring operational success. You will engage both independently and collaboratively within a team to assess client requirements, integrate software elements, diagnose and resolve issues, and conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications, all while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of business analysts and software architects to gather and interpret user specifications.
  • Develop and modify software applications utilizing programming languages such as Java, C++, and/or Python.
  • Quality Assurance through rigorous testing and debugging of software applications to ensure compliance with requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Enhance existing software systems to improve functionality and performance.
  • Integrate software components and third-party libraries into current systems.
  • Diagnose & Fix software defects and issues.
  • Conduct performance and scalability assessments of systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certification(s)
Preferred, not mandatory:
  • CCNP or Relevant MS Certification or SCRUM Master
  • Experience
  • At least 6 years of experience as a software developer or engineer utilizing Agile methodologies in a dynamic environment with proven expertise in the following areas:
    • Programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
    • Development tools and frameworks such as Git, Maven, or Jenkins.
  • Software testing and debugging methodologies.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Strong grasp of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, transitioning seamlessly between the two.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
