Aircraft Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Lead to join our team at Breeze Airways. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Assign, lead, and direct the work of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians under your supervision
- Ensure all work performed and maintenance duties are in accordance with FAA regulations and Breeze policy and procedures
- Communicate with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) regarding aircraft status
- Complete all necessary documentation for maintenance work performed or inspections conducted
- Notify the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members of any condition that would compromise the airworthiness of Breeze aircraft
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- Current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft types
- 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience maintaining commercial aircraft
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications
- Valid driver's license and passport with no travel restrictions
- Authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Understanding and working knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR part 121 operations
- Experience maintaining Airbus A220 & Embraer E-Jet family aircraft
- Familiarity with an airline Maintenance Information System (MIS) such as TRAX
