Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on conveyors, HVAC, roofing, and other related items around the location.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, schedule, and perform repairs and maintenance on all plant equipment.
  • Perform tasks for the upkeep of buildings and grounds.
  • Utilize carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills for minor repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of pumps and motors.
  • Ability to read manuals to assist in repairs.
  • Always maintain a clean and pristine work area.
  • Develop preventative maintenance procedures, document completed work orders, and perform other assignments to ensure a safe, clean, healthy, and efficient facility.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience 2+ years in maintenance-related field.
  • Must pass physical, drug test, and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification or license in boiler, welding, or electrical field.
  • Associate Degree from a two-year college or technical school in related field.
  • Knowledge of hazardous material handling and OSHA training.
  • Experience including pumps, gear boxes, and loader machinery.
