  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process credit card transactions, handle cash and make change, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and perform closing duties including clean up, product storage, and trash removal.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Communication: Must be able to work fluently in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.
  • Availability: Must be able to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Health Requirements: Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
