Customer Service Representative Job Description

At EZCORP, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and performing opening and closing store duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions
  • Perform opening and closing store duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work well independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
