About This Opportunity

Chevy Chase Animal Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. As a Veterinarian at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients while developing strong relationships with their owners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a rapport with clients and determine their needs and wishes
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures
  • Communicate with clients to explain physical examination findings and present treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
  • Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of in which applicant is applying
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
