Lead Technical Program/Product Manager

Position Overview:
As a Lead Technical Program/Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering innovative software solutions within the agricultural sector. Your expertise in technical software product management, combined with a collaborative spirit, will contribute to the success of our cutting-edge initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and analyze customer requirements to develop clear problem statements.
2. Manage the end-to-end development of software features and projects, ensuring alignment with user needs.
3. Design effective software solutions and create user experience (UX) mockups.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate challenges and mitigate risks.
5. Create detailed Jira stories and specifications for engineering teams.
6. Engage in technical discussions to refine feature design and implementation.
7. Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and report on status.
8. Articulate technical requirements and dependencies for successful project execution.
9. Develop and optimize training materials to enhance product understanding.
10. Oversee software releases and address customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in software product or program management.
- Strong focus on product development, technology, and customer satisfaction.
- Passion for enhancing user experience (UX).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
