Reports to: Factory Manager

Compensation: $100 - $120K + Bonus

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications for the MANUFACTURING MANAGER:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace that promotes productivity.
  • Exhibit a compelling leadership style that fosters rapport and engages team members.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of leading improvement initiatives that yield measurable results.
  • Establish production and performance benchmarks for the value stream.
  • Utilize quality management methodologies for effective problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and manage value stream budgets and annual operational plans.
  • Aim for cost efficiency, process enhancement, and superior quality across all operations.
  • Guide a workforce of both direct labor and professional staff to meet value stream goals.
  • Facilitate outstanding communication and collaboration among local and remote teams.
  • Experience in a LEAN manufacturing setting, with Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
