Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle teller transactions, including cashing checks, depositing funds, and processing withdrawals.
  • Open new accounts, including checking and savings accounts, and assist members with account maintenance.
  • Cross-sell and refer products and services to members, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
Requirements
  • At least six months of experience in a banking or credit union environment, preferably in a teller or customer service role.
  • Proven sales and communication skills, with the ability to effectively cross-sell and refer products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple transactions and tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with schedules varying between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays.
