About the Role:

This is a remote opportunity that requires regular travel to meet with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. As a Medical Case Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating the recovery of injured workers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical case management services to individuals through in-person and telephonic communications.
  • Collaborate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Evaluate treatment plans for appropriateness, medical necessity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assess patient progress and make recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Attend medical appointments, hospital visits, and other meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of operation.
  • Experience as a RN, Medical Case Manager, or in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
