- Analyze products for chemical composition, including fat, total solids, pH, and titratable acidity.
- Sample products throughout the production facility to ensure quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with laboratory technicians, plant associates, and supervision to ensure seamless operations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and safety goals.
- Multitask and work quickly while maintaining accuracy and procedure integrity.
- Recognize and effectively implement modifications to methodologies based on circumstance and knowledge.
- Chemical analysis skills, including fat, total solids, pH, and titratable acidity.
- Microbiological testing skills, including raw milk, ingredients, and packaged products.
- Sampling skills throughout the production facility.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly while maintaining accuracy and procedure integrity.
- Knowledge of Gmail, Google documents, and Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of basic algebra and chemistry.

- Knowledge of butterfat testing (Babcock, fluoro-transformer).
