Job Summary:
At Synectics, we are seeking a skilled Blood Collection Specialist to join our team. As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
