Job Summary:
">We are seeking a Counselor in Residence to join our team at Premier Services of Carolina, Inc. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
">About the Role:
">The Counselor in Residence will be responsible for providing direct care and support to clients with behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse issues. This includes supervising clients in residential and school settings, assisting with daily living skills, and promoting a therapeutic milieu environment.

- Provide individualized support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.">
- Supervise clients in residential and school settings, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.">
- Assist clients with daily living skills, such as completing daily hygiene tasks, chores, and homework.">
- Monitor client behavior and provide feedback and encouragement to help them make positive changes.">
- Document client progress and update treatment plans as needed.">
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective treatment approach.">

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.">
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.">
- Knowledge and experience working with individuals with behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse issues.">
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record (if applicable).">
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and TB skin test.">
