Job Title: Communication Disorders Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communication Disorders Specialist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. This is a full-time position with a duration of 90 days, starting February 3rd, 2025.

The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating communication disorders in patients of all ages. They will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Additionally, they will provide therapy sessions to enhance articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and voice quality.

This role requires strong collaboration with healthcare professionals and caregivers to coordinate patient care and treatment goals. The specialist must also document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and provide education to patients and their families.

The required qualifications for this position include a CCC-SLP certification, BLS certifications, and two years of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. Strong communication and adaptability skills are essential for success in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $1,659.69 per week, based on the location in Albemarle, North Carolina.
