PMC Medical Group is a well-established, independently operated pain management facility seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to enhance our team of healthcare professionals.
This role will be primarily situated in a location that offers a blend of urban and natural attractions, providing a unique environment for both work and leisure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to the professional standards set forth by the relevant state licensing board.
- Recognize personal limitations and seek guidance when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Dedicate adequate time for effective patient interactions, typically 40 hours per week.
- Uphold confidentiality in accordance with all applicable regulations.
- Provide a range of services, including:
- Consultations and referrals
- Routine patient visits
- Medication management
- Specialist referrals as needed
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess or be eligible for licensure in the relevant state.
